ONE: Physical

  • Clean out your school bag/backpack/locker
  • Deep clean your study space (room/desk)
  • Pack your bag neatly with only the things you need
  • Wash your water bottles
  • Prep some of your favourite food/snacks for lunch
  • Throw away worksheets, books you don’t need, and donate textbooks and supplies to those who might need them! 

TWO: Planning

  • Make a list of all your assignments
  • Schedule events and study times
  • Make a weekly study plan
  • Check and clear out notifications and your email inbox
  • Organise past notes

THREE: Digital

  • Make a study playlist
  • Charge your device and headphones
  • Install an app that limits screentime
  • Clean up your desktop 

FOUR: Other

  • Buy yourself some new pens/highlighters
  • Form a study group!
  • Reach out to your teachers with questions
  • Plan out cocurricular for the term/s ahead
  • Happy Reset!
