SIX: 3/3/3 Method

  • Spend (up to) 3 hours working on an important project
  • Complete 3 shorter urgent tasks or goals
  • Doc 3 maintenance tasks to keep life running smoothly 

SEVEN: Pomodoro Technique

  • List your tasks
  • Set a 25-minute timer
  • Focus and work
  • Take a 5-minute break
  • Repeat 4 times, then break for longer.
