- Complete 3 shorter urgent tasks or goals
- Doc 3 maintenance tasks to keep life running smoothly
SEVEN: Pomodoro Technique
- List your tasks
- Set a 25-minute timer
- Focus and work
- Take a 5-minute break
- Repeat 4 times, then break for longer.
